If it turns out that in the whole set of atomic facts that sun always does rise, you know all things being equal we're ruling out any of the cases where the sun gets blown up and all that stuff. The problem is that at this point in time we can't know that whole field of facts. So your experience helps you generate the logic which sets your expectations for the future but there's still it's your experience that has to generate. Your assumption that you will actually get what you expect.
