The Importance of Being Open Source
GFA has been really lucky for two reasons. One is we have great support from our agency. Second thing is that we grew very sort of slowly in the beginning. We're lucky to find early customers, early partners who already had agile teams. They were already drinking the Kool-Aid about open source and user-centered design.
