Richard Vedder: It's very strange to me that China does seem to be interesting. But my sense is that this could be a bigger problem in China than in the United States or in Europe. He says it'll be really interesting to see if and when the government decides, look, GDP is slow, it's not getting better. We really have to do something. And yet there was very little support for individuals. If you lost your job, if you became unemployed, you basically had to live off of your savings.
