Nomad is a single binery for that is both the server, and you can run it as to client as well. Wena constalto give you te servi, discovery, et cetera. So i think fe're for people starting out. The nice thing is you can just grab the binery, run it in deve mode,. It'll bootstrap itself, and it'll give you a cluster that you can then schedule things on locally.
