Porn doesn't claim for itself a role as a sex educator, but unfortunately it has acquired that role. Some of it actually can be very good because within schools there is little or no comprehensive Sex and relationship education. The government wants to be seen to be doing something about young men and their ability to view porn online - but isn't prepared to put his money where its mouth is. We are too much in love with the idea of love, without any real sense of what it might mean to equip our kids for encountering porn and sex.
