The self-storage industry has gone from kind of the ugly duckling of real estate to the darling of real estate. The newer nicer modern facilities that are built really well have advanced technologies in them like individual unit alarms, 24-7 video surveillance and personalized access control gate control or so on and so forth climate control those types of modern beautiful self-storage facilities. It's drawn a lot of interest I think also you overlay the fact that all of us have a lot of things we've been buying a lot ofthings on Amazon on Walmart which is another stock I own.
