What Was the Rehab Needed on This Property?

The property is over 100 years old. We inherited tenants and we had like one encounter with them because their lease was ending, so we had to renew it. So I just remember that day, like getting ready, I put on a suit, like put on makeup to be something older. And then as I say that, I literally my eyes dart to the ashtray on the table. They're not our tenants. But never again, we hired out property management and I do not regret it. Like honestly, it's been so seamless because we like interviewed a bunch of people, but it was it was mortifying.
