Should We Give Up Our Smartphones?
I want to cage in if you could take it on first but do you think we should what should we use our smartphones less and focus on relationships and community building and meaningful pursuits more I mean I'm not sure again. that brings us really nicely to our next theme actually which is about our dependence on our smartphones and our technologies. We don't necessarily need to value as you know either good or bad but can sort of recognize that well now the way in which we interact with society or with our community is not always in person and face to face it can also be online.
