How to Be a Good Technologist and Good Socially

I have seen a lot of people throughout my career that are very good technically and not so good socially. And that's, I think that's just a character trait of the kind of people that get into IT. So when you can stand out like that and be good technically and be good socially, it's not like other people in our field. That's interesting. It's like almost like we were typecast from those 80s movies where it's like, OK, I'll give you a perfect example. We're into computers and electronics and tech. But don't be the guy that sounds like the manual is what Andy's saying.
