In the librterian philosopy, is there a free market for arbitrators? Because typically we'd consider that an appeal to the state. And like you know, when some one walks into your house and all of a sudden there's a robber sitting on the couch claiming that the house is his, you don't have prove him jack shit. You get him out of your house, and if necessary, you will probably apply force andnd even shoot him, maybe leasily. Wel, you don’t need to prove anything, because this is naturally yours, and he has no authority to to doubt that claim. And i your in a sense, innocent until proven guilty
