What Makes Contour Successful?

For a par one 21 carrier, pilots are forced to retire at age 65. That requirement does not exist in part one 35. A captain that retires from america in the eight three 30, or triple seven, when they turn 65 would be eligible to continue flying for us on our ember regional jets under par one 35. So basical, we can hire older pilots and we can hire some less experienced pilots.
