Domestic Violence - Is There a Later Touch?

There are cases which are incredibly dangerous to some one's life, and they need a police response. But there are also cases where people have strong family or community support. The real answer is not to do away with one or the other, but to provide choice and knowledge so that people can access the services that they need.
