My Dad's Heroin Addiction
Early in the book there's a scene, I think you're six. And you see your father. This is what the dysfunction that you lived through with your four brothers and sisters. You saw him there strung out with the needle you thought he was dead. Is that a very vivid memory? Yeah, it's one of many. So my mom and dad's heroin addiction, I think it's my earliest. They're crazy life together.
