The Dow Is a Way of Bringing Values Into the World
The Dow is a way of extending my values into the world. I'm trying to articulate what that word means. Like, it's a concrete thing. Like it's an actual object in the world. And we're trying to actually say, okay, I need to be having some aspect of my values. This simplifies, it was tremendously at the level of governance. If there's not high values alignment, then I should probably go somewhere else.
