If you're looking for short term deals, probably not a great time. They're pretty risky right now. But if you're looking at deals that you're going to own for two, three, five years, then there's a really good opportunities because you're buying well below market value. And even if things go down a little bit over the next two or three years, over the long run, they're going to appreciate and value.
