He says, just that possibility is why we have to act now,. And then it goes to a part of jerome hower in the transcript, we have a dictator in a rack who possibly has the virus. We can't afford to take the chance if this regime falls that in the process, he decides to do something herrific and we've done nothing to prepare for it. There's definitely a bazarre paradox, as the reporter said earlier in here, a paradox almost intentionally.
