Getting Bigger Has Been Really Helpful for Your Growth Strategy
I focus most of my time on growth strategy, I would say, as much as possible. There's nobody really, we don't have a COO per se who's on top of everything. My daughter Sarah trained as a fashion designer and during COVID had moved from New York to Chicago because we needed help. She kind of got into a more of a management role. And it's been really interesting because she turns out she's quite good at managing people.
