How to Survive on Five, Six Hours of Sleep

When we are asleep deprived, we lose some of that pre frontal cortex area decision making. One might be able to survive on less sleep than they really do need, but you're not going to thrive. Even a short nap, a 20 minute nap, can provide benefits to alertness and performance. But even if you are getting decent sleep at night, it's a way to help benefit your performance for the future.
