A lot of women actually do this. Kate Northrop wrote a whole book called Do less where you use your cycles, whether that's lunar seasonal or menstrual to run your business. I would have a month off to actually rest and digest and process things. And I trust myself that whatever I'm doing is going to land with the people it needs to land with. It really should be like 85% focused on those strategies we just told you about with maybe 10 to 15% on social media.
