"I kick my health habits into high gear. And I start to heal from the fatigue of travel, so I can get back to work in a good mood," she says. "If you can't stick to them on the road, which is really challenging, then definitely kick them into high gear."
Farnoosh Brock was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. After leaving Iran at 11 and living in Turkey for 3 years, she moved to the United States. She studied electrical engineering and French at university and then entered the corporate world. In 2011, she left a 12-year successful career at a Fortune 100 company to start her own company, Prolific Living Inc.
