The Leverage in Deals

The best deals we all know are ones where everybody gets along. You can err on either side of making the client work in the deal like they would for themselves. Sometimes that hole, it doesn't hurt to ask, thing is not true. If i'm a buyer, i just keep chipping away and chipping away at that cellar,. hoping that they give in to the negotiation tactics. And if i'm successful, then the first thing i want to do sik, oh, my god, i'm the greatest. I negotiated the hick out of this.
