Should We Wash Our Eggs Before Cooking?
i find that often eggs that i buy have the remnants of chicken feces on them, and maybe even bits of feathers. I want to know whether we should actually wash or rinse our eggs before cooking or cracking them open in order to lower the risk of disease. Annand: You've landed on a raging international debate. In canada, as well as the us, and japan and a small number of other countries, they do wash their eggs if they're going to be commercially sold. Whereas over here in europe, em and also in africa, latin america and asia, we do not wash commercially sold eggs. Now, i don't know a lot about egg
