If you've got an enablement team that focuses on those that higher level thinking and the big picture thinking, that's where the gold is. And i don't think you can do it too early, like, even in a small organization. There are always going to be things that the humans are doing in the field that nobody knows about until someone likes some of the people on this call,. or others, go in and ask and observe. Even when they ask, they don't even realize that they're doing it. Those things happen. So what if we looked at this as a capability that we need inside our organization, and we're going to continue to add on layers and create that
