Rick Steves talks to senior nursing figures about the state of health care. They say there are enough nurses, but they're not prepared for acute and high care settings. And that's especially true in critical and acute care areas of hospitals. Many health professionals don't want to even work in the system any more. The result is more pressure on an already exhausted out health care work force.
