The Effect of Low Carb Hydric Diet on Body Composition
For body composition, I think it's pretty clear if you look at particularly trials of around like 12 weeks. You start to see those things washed away when you match for calories and protein in those studies. Two is pragmatically, what is the effect of telling a general group of people to go in a low carb hydrate diet? And so those changes are due to them just being a bigger calorie deficit than the other group.
