Is There an Opportunity to Impeach Trump?

The president is inciting violence in our nation's capital to undo the democratic result. The legal way to take care of this is for congress to impeach him at some point. Do you have a moral burden to do the right thing? I'm inclined to think that it's again, if he's broken the law in some way or he's done he es no longer upholding his responsibility to the constitution in sidemeno violence.
