I think running is very, very similar thit's a muscle sequencing. You can effectively get stronger with no more training. Ou just instantly get effective stronger just with am improved muscle sequenci. And er, there was there a lady who was em we know we've had the same anatomy motion training, that we have a bou point six, five to point eight of a second on each foot when we walk. And that reduces point two to point three of a second when we run. So
