Christian Nightclubs Are a Way to Reach Non-Christians

In the early 1970s entrepreneurs in California and across the nation began opening up Christian night clubs. Entrepreneurs hoped to profit off an emerging Christian marketplace but also reclaim a secular space as well, here deviant nightlife spaces. These new religious nightclubs were special because they were not churches and very fewer of them were ever directly affiliated with churches.
