Private Eye has been hit with a number of lawsuits in recent years. Alan says they are often brought by very rich people who want to shut them up. He claims the most recent case was 'a huge dressing down' for Carter Rife. Private Eye is on Channel 4 tonight at 9pm and tomorrow at 10pm.
