I came across something last week that it sort of pains me to say aloud because of, like, how terrifying and awful it is. Tim draper was involved in a block chain project where he got an m o u with the government of papo, new guinea to administer an entire region of the country on the block chain. It's really colty, weird stuff. And tecno speculative land grab.
