The Playfulness of Improv
Comedy is an amazing resource that we have and so we need to protect it. I think the playfulness of improv is I think white people are so harsh on it. It's something that's being eviscerated from our lives precisely because of our working conditions. The project is playfully coded comedy but they're also trying to claim sleep as an important collective practice of resistance. Sleep is a kind of false utopian capitalist horizon with 24-7 production and circulation ongoing work and consumption.
