We don't do a good job as a society of being conscious of how our Christmas lights that we decorate in our workspaces might be triggering to people's experiences of profound terror tied to this. What if someone's mom or sibling passed away tragically during the holidays and all you're doing all day long, well, they're trying to activate their work part and put aside their shit is subconsciously triggering them to a point that they can't tolerate being in their own skin. And we show no empathy for that. We fly into our egocentrism with these things of I like it though and I need it and it's fun for me. It makes me think of when people ask
