You need two type of people: expansive and maybe a little but eg d d. And then you need someone who's very strung operationally. If i think about my criteria for hire when i meet people, the main rulers are just always be recruiting. It's banwirth, attitude, experience and lack of disfunctional behavior,. But banworth interesting forah banwith is someone that comes from an industry that i haven't been to or come from a different part of the world than mine.
