It wouldn't would end up in an easy decision, because if you think about it, you were directly acquiring these as a means as your customers and offering payroll and then HR. You know that you're probably sacrificing growth in your core business because you're taking away resources from it. But that's in order to make the long term much more sustainable and like really aligned with what's best for the customer. So, that's why we did it. And it wasn't an easy decision,. but I think it's the right one.
