Introduction
In the early internet, people were trying to communicate privacy policies. The idea was that i just tell my browser i do not want to be tracked. But more recently, if we at cokee dialogues, what we find there is a standard developed by attack companies. So those signals really vary from very binery, as we have it with do not track, to complex signals as we see in modern coki dialogues.
