I think permitting is definitely, it's something that we both feel. We are still waiting on states to clarify a lot of the rules around how their state departments of energy are going to interpret some of the IRA provisions at the local level. And yeah, I think we do see blue states moving faster than red states at this point to take federal money. This is really investments in America. It's modernizing the grid here and making us more competitive globally for our goods and services.
