Keeping Municipalities Accountable

We need what does that intervention look like from senior levels of government, aside from telling them, please build more housing? Well, because it comes down to math, just the nuber of people coming in. And and so even basic things or secondary suites, which are like basement suetes, or suites inside a house, are illegal in many parts of the province. So we can change the rules around that so that they can approve the housing faster. For those mayors that nd city councils that don't want to do it for various reasons, i think we can encourage them to take on more growth by supporting them with the things that make life livable n in denser cities.
