Commercial property is particularly vulnerable because of the work from home phenomenon. Commercial real estate lending market is a classic game of hot potato. The more attention paid to that, the less people are going to want to buy the debt even at a discount. Once you take out the brick and the whole thing starts to go over, I think it tends to go pretty much over.
