Microsoft and Activision Blizzard agreed to new terms of their ongoing deal. The most significant change is to the deadline to avoid a breakup fee. Microsoft wants to settle with the UK by August 29th, but if they pass that date it will go up in price. It also includes new provisions to carve out some businesses in the UK.
