A lot of young people grow up with expectations that are what i call too local. And just to show them what is possible, i give them a trip too manhattan,. the bay area, may be harvard and then give them credible signals. I mean, when deserved they could be a grant. It could be in a venture capital allotment, like, you can do this. The signal can be as important as the money itself. That's immensely valuable, and its way under supplied.
