How to Predict the Top 10 Offenses of the Upcoming Year

Meany Kime and Lenny try to predict the top 10 offenses of the upcoming year. I think there'll be quite a bit of overlap, but there might be a couple of wild cards towards the back end of the quarter to 10 that'll be interesting.
