Doing Strides in Them in Training?

Doing strides in them is a good way to get to that benefit of kind of adapting to the mechanical sensation. But i would be afraid of using something that has such a constrained movement path habitually, because i suspect it could atrophy some structures. I think broadly speaking, using them on specific, longer days is, is a really important thing in training if you want to race well on them. And almost like, altitude training, ah, but for yor muscle. Nowi now, isaid i would bring it back. A, if you train predominantly in traditional footwear and then maybe put em on to run once or twice before a race? Like doing more ronny legs
