How to Use Subtitles to Learn a Language

I think a lot of people will be happy to hear that because there's I've heard lots of confusion on this topic. You can use them in different ways. So like maybe you turn them on for five minutes and then you turn them off and then you turned them on again, or 10 minutes or whatever the interval is. And then that way, like at least some scenes you get to, you get the help and then other scenes you're training yourself to kind of not use them so much.
