Patrick: I don't know if this metaphor can be stretched too thin, but what popped in my head is the idea of like recognizing the difference between processed stress and natural stress. A book called 4,000 Weeks by Oliver Berkman has really resonated with our message. It's about how we're alive for 4,000 weeks which is an average length of time people live.
