How Can Facilitators Enable More of This?
A lot of people who really feel lonely sometimes they even though they have signed up sometimes they don't show because they the unknowns there's no familiar phase that I'm gonna see there. The first question we were exploring is what can we do about it and then when people arriveWhat can we do to create a sense of connection before the activity starts? That can be just simply to say in minutes we're gonna have a cup of tea and we have a chit chat, for example. So putting intention into it is important and saying this is kind of a community friendly event is not just about the activity.
