The Importance of Mindset

I think everybody's got a story. Everybody's got something that can teach us. And I think if you come at it with the open mindedness of being prepared to have your own perceptions challenged. People might hear this growth speaking, Northern Bloke and have a perception right away of what the value is. And then you hear him talk about his own child or the way that that's influenced his coaching. Suddenly you realize that there's a real rich story there that we can all learn from. Brilliant.
