The Effects of MSG on Sleep
You've got lots of light sleep, hardly any slow wave sleep, and lots of REM sleep. Light exposure before bed kicks your circadian rhythm off in the wrong direction. Your brain will start to produce stressful modes as if that thing is about to happen. It'll say, I don't know, you're thinking about stressful things. I may need to fight, run or activate. So I'm just going to secrete a few stress on ones just in case. And that's terrible for sleep.
