Schedule Three or De-Scheduling?

The range I've heard is schedule three at worst and de-scheduling at best. Schedule three means that things happen in states whether they want them to or not, which I don't think makes people happy. It also puts the FDA in a position that it's literally never been in before to regulate a plant. The FDA almost exclusively regulates molecules. Epidiolex is an example. Cannabis has 3,000 different compounds in it. There's not cannabis. There's left the right cannabis and that's not where they typically go.
