About 15 to 20 % of the diet is from sugar. Sugar is half fruit dose and half glucose. 400 calories of fructos could represent 15% of your colorican take, absolutely correct. We think maybe a quarter of that can be turned into fruit dose. The first one is high glycemic carbs, rice, potatoes, bread chips. They may not cause so much waking when you're young but as this pathway gets activated, then potatoes and bread may cause more waking.
