How Do You Protect Your Art From AI?
There is some uncertainty as far as for example, can you have copyright to the AI produced images? And a lot of people are questioning whether you actually own, whether it's even copyrightable in the first place. So step one for artists is make sure that your work is registered because that at least gives you some kind of foothold. In California, we have much higher protections because we have the entertainment industry same with states like New York,. but other states don't have as strong of protections in place.
